Faefeverby Karen Marie MoningHoly cow do I love this series.And what the heck is Jericho Barrons?!?And why is the fourth book coming out in hardcover making me wait a YEAR before I read more? Arrrggghhh!Mac is still out there in Dublin being Bookstore Babe by day and Fae Hunter by night. She's still trying to solve her sister's murder - only now she's pretty sure who did it and she wants revenge. But there is still so much she doesn't know and needs to learn.You find out way more - though still not enough! - about Barrons. I think he's awesome. I love the relationship between the two. We spend more time with V'lane in this novel and I still don't like him all that much but I remain amused by is reluctant curiosity about Mac.We meet Dani, a 13 or 14-year old Sidhe-seer who makes me laugh. And Mac gets herself into more trouble and with more injuries.I like the writing in each book more and more as I read this series. I am laughing out loud at parts and enjoying the mystery that surrounds Alina's death and Barrons himself.What I didn't like? Was a scene near the end where Mac did something for Barrons and he reacted like a ponce. I had tears in my eyes I was so hurt and insulted on Mac's behalf because I thought what she did was very sweet and funny. Oooo did Barrons lose brownie points in my eyes for that. I am sure there is a reason he reacted like he did, but it wasn't explained. I am wondering if it will be brought up in book 4, or if it was just a scene to be a scene in this novel. I don't want to tell you what happened because it will ruin the surprise, but oooo did I mentally glare at that man.Oh! And the ending! THE ENDING! The ending is the reason I am very frustrated that the next book is hardcover and I will not be buying a hardcover and I don't have a library around that will carry it. *shakes fist at fate* I don't think I can wait an entire YEAR for the next book.Has anyone out there read this series yet? Do you have any guesses at to what Barrons is? I'd love to hear your thoughts in comments!The Fever series
