just in case you forgot - i have two dogs!
It's been a while since I have posted dog photos, or since I even took any for that matter. So today I went out in the back yard with the pups and tried to take some non-blurry photos... I got a couple. I think we're the only people who haven't gotten any snow yet. The four or five flakes that fell last night and stuck we're very exiting to Jinx who insisted on spending the entire morning outside. Annie wasn't so impressed.Below is the audition photo for Sesame Street's "Near.... Far" skit:
Play with me?
No.
Annie moves at about the pace of a turnip and yet I can never seem to get any non-blurry shots of her. Jinx never stops moving and generally 95% of his come out just fine. I think it might be because Annie is so dark my camera has trouble focusing properly... just a guess, I don't really know enough about photography to be sure. It sounds like it makes sense though, doesn't it?Look how green our grass still is!! That's disgusting for this time of year! Just last week we had some trees that were budding already because it was so warm out. After the huge ice storm thing on Friday they all started to go back to sleep though, but we still don't have snow and all these places that don't normally get it are getting a ton! I don't want tons of snow, but come on, some would be nice. I can't feel Christmassy if everything is green! I don't know how people in Florida and California do it.** EDIT ** I've only been back in the house for a little over an hour since those photos and when I just looked outside now it's COVERED in snow! Seems I missed it by an hour. Oops!
