Hidy ho, there! If you're reading this blog sometime between June 3 - 8, I'll be whooping it up in NYC at BEA and other various bookish shindigs!I thought I'd try something new this year, I'm putting this post up as a sticky post so as to introduce you to myself and this blog. If you want all the nitty gritty you can read my Cat's Tale tab up above. *points*So, I'm Cat and I blog about books (among other things). I am married (7 years this July!), my husband and I are owned by two Finnish Lapphund dogs (Jinx 7 & Sophie 2). I'm Canadian, I currently have bright purple & pink hair (subject to change without notice) and I love to read.Unlike many book blogs, I use this blog to chronicle the books I read, in the order I read them. Think of it as a personal online book journal of sorts. I don't promote things I don't read or agree with, I do receive the occasional review book from a couple of publishers that I trust, but mostly, I buy books (too many books) and I write about them and why I read it or what happened to me along the way. I prefer to not receive many review books because I just don't have the time and I get way too anxious about getting books read on a deadline. I am  total mood reader (and cover whore) and I feel much more comfortable reading at my own pace.I ramble. A lot. (As proven above.)I love fantasy and mysteries and kid books.I love to sing.
