Each short story is about a vacation gone wrong due to paranormal means.I have to say I was disappointed with this book. I didn't like most of the stories and those that were ok, still didn't completely wow me. Which is sad because I love many of the authors in this book.I read one story at a time and in the order they appeared in the book. I kept this by the bathtub and read a story a bath (taking more baths now to try and ease the pain in my joints and bones. Sigh.). Each story let me down.A couple of the stories had interesting premises (premisi?) but the actual telling of it fell flat for me.I would have to say that Claudia Gray's I Don't Like Your Girlfriend was my favorite out of all 5 stories. It made me laugh and it was about witches, which I always adore. The ending actually surprised me and that made me happy!I'm still glad I bought it because even though I wasn't totally loving it I was still entertained by the different supernatural phenomena in each story. It wasn't just All Vampires! All the Time! Because to be frank I am sick to death of vampires. Never much liked them when I was a kid either. But that's just me!Other books in the Hell series (is it a series? I say it is!)
