we're gonna miss you, kiddo!

In about 6 hours, our adopted daugher will be getting on a plane and going back to her real parents on the other side of Canada. I'm not entirely sure what I will do without Chelsea around, she's become such an important part of my life over the last two years and I will miss her immensely. As will Shawn. Although I am pretty sure he won't miss her constantly poking him in the arm whenever she sees him. *poke* *poke* *poke* etc.

Shawn brought her over after work on Thursday so I could see her before she leaves and she could see me post-surgery. We made her watch two David Hasslehoff music videos (because the man is a comedic genious) and she made us watch So You Think You Can Dance. (at least I think that was the title?) We had Wendy's for dinner and I am now the proud mommy of a fishy (the same one I fish-sat over the Christmas holidays.) This time I am much less worried about it dying because I don't have to give it back. Not that I want it to die of course.... oh CRAP.. I have to feed it today... *runs to fishbowl* Oops.. heh.So here's to you, Chelsea! I shall miss you but you'll never me rid of me (or Shawn) because as we promised we will stalk to 'til the ends of the earth. Muahahah!
