I'm still alive, though barely

I've had a little bit of a book drought on top of being super busy with work and suffering from something that the doctors think might be Crohn's Disease. I have read two books in the last month - a very rare small amount for me. One was the latest J D Robb in paperback, Innocent in Death and the other was Skulduggery Pleasant by Derek Landy.But I'll soon be back on the reading track because the postman brought me my Amazon.ca order yesterday afternoon. Yay! These two gems showed up under my recycling bin on my front porch (clever postman!).

I am SO excited about Betrayed! I started it on the metro ride in this morning and got about 5 pages in before I got to my stop. Drat! But at least I'll have something to read this weekend. And if I pace myself properly I'll have something to read in the waiting room on Tuesday at the hospital (while I wait for my gastroscope).
