I was going to do a sort of joke IMM this week because of what I received in the mail on Monday. Then I actually got a book in the mail so it's a more official IMM post than it was going to be.First, the book: The Aristobratsby Jennifer Solow

Now, this isn't something I would normally read, but I was contacted by the author about it and hit it off so well with her she arranged for her publisher to find me a copy. I will admit that I am honestly curious about the book. If it's written with as much humour as Jennifer writes in her messages I think I will enjoy it. Thanks to the author and Sourcebooks for t his book! (Also? It's so shiny! Very pretty to look at. ;))What I got on Monday made me do a little happy jiggle. I was expecting it but I didn't think it would be so big or so  well put together."What the heck is that?" I know you are probably asking yourself. "A fish?!" And yes, it's a fish. Specifically it is Felix the fish, the mascot of BigFish Games. He's my one year anniversary gift for being a member to the game club. I've been a member on and off for about 5 years but never for a full year. This past May was my 1 year (consecutive) anniversary and I got this lovely guy this week!He is now being enjoyed by Jinx.Jinx was sooooooo excited when I opened the box because OMG!!!11!!!!!!11!!11 it's a TOY! I tossed around the ideas of keeping him or letting Jinx have a nibble and my love for Jinx and his desperate enthusiasm for wanting the new toy won. So today, after taking my fish photos, I let Jinx carry him around the house all proudly.
